Not ideal for Canadians. Opening instructions to load the the account are wrong. Had to put in a support request to figure out how to deposit money. Turns out you have to do a wire transfer and send a copy of your bank statement if you're from Canada. It would have been nice to know all that before or just after I opened the account. I have better and easier options with less hassle from other brokers so I won't be funding my account with them.

Nothing but as Global Prime claimed, they are the most transparency broker and this is true. You don't have to worry about if they are A/B book broker anymore, just focus in your trade, whether you are manual trader or EA trader. And their customer support is always there to help you out immediately. The only thing that I wish them to improve in the future, the funding method is pretty limited, would be great if they can add more funding method such as bitwallet/sticpay/paypal for Japan customer. Right now the only way is to use Bank wire from Japan, which also works but there will always one day delay for transaction. All the best

Global Prime notified me less than 48 hours before the ASIC Product Intervention Order took effect (which significantly reduced retail traders leverage), resulting in me losing nearly $15,000 in my account. ASIC announced the change 5 months ago. but I was told about it on Thursday afternoon. They said I could either deposit $100,000 to cover the leverage reduction that would take place in the next couple of days, or my account would easily go into margin call and pretty much all my open trades would be closed.

This is my 3rd active broker, so far they seems professional. You can contact them easily, phone, email, live chat, social media, even on telegram. Verification wasn't hard as long as you have your documents submitted properly. Their execution time also reliable enough, and hopefully the withdrawal also as smooth as deposit process.

Very transparent and good reputation broker. Trading conditions are displayed clearly on their website. I really like their statistics of actual slippages. Their drawback is low leverage (1:100), hence, should not be for beginner/ small cap trader. However, they are generally great to deal with.

I've been trading with Global Prime for over 5 years and find them probably the best broker I've used in my 10 years trading online. Trading commissions are low and payment is always prompt into my bank account after execution. Highly Recommended..

I have a standard account with Global Prime. Overall is ok for me. This broker with very good life chat support. One thing that I am not happy with is the spread is not tight enough with commission charges for each open position.

Good broker, but they get stuck to MT4, when other brokers are expanding to involve MT5 and CTraders.

Very transparent regulated broker. ECN Account spread is very low. Customer support also friendly. Minimum time taken for deposit and withdrawal.

Great broker but what really sets them apart is there personal service. Having an account manager you can actually talk too and have a conversation without being spoken down to is awesome. And being an Australian broker is very reassuring.
